Thankfully, this post is a positive one!  Approximately 60 days ago (give or take a few days), my husband and I started to take Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg (300mg Omega-3) softgels.  The main reason was the potential in heart health. According to a MSNBC article today, roughly 100 Manatees, both young and old, have died during the month of January due to the unusual cold weather Florida has been experiencing.

Manatees are protected under the Federal Endangered Species Act because of declining numbers over time. The state in 2009 counted 3,802 manatees.
