I won’t do too many personal posts on this blog because they may very well end up being “pity me” posts.  That is the last thing another sufferer of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome wants to hear – someone whining about their aches and pains when they are suffering the same or worse.

Thankfully, this post is a positive one!  Approximately 60 days ago (give or take a few days), my husband and I started to take Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg (300mg Omega-3) softgels.  The main reason was the potential in heart health.
